Staying Active
Staying Active
During a period of self distancing or self isolation, it's important to remember to stay active. Going for a walk outside is a great way to get some fresh air and get the blood pumping, however if you're looking for something more to keep you moving, check out these great at home workouts below!
Please note you should only engage in any physical activity if you do not feel well enough to do so. Stop any activity if you feel dizzy or faint. Consulting a doctor prior to beginning any exercise program is encouraged.
